Refraining es una banda de hardcore punk con letras bien al frente, bien como deben ser las letras del hc. uy buena gallegada, acordes bien al palo, no le falta nada.
La contratapa del disco deja un mensaje irónico que creo que describe perfectamente a la banda:
"WARNING!. Refraining does not take responsibility for any actions made under the influence of this cd. Remember that Refraining is the audial essence of pure black evil youth crew straight edge and listening to it is at your own risk"
